TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OAK International Scholarship Raffle – Torneo de la Amistad 2026

1. Raffle Participation

To participate, interested students must visit the RCSA–RPA–OAK Showroom at the Torneo de la Amistad 2026 and complete the corresponding registration form.

The raffle will take place on Monday November 23, 2026, in the presence of Oak authorities.

The results will be announced through OAK International's official communication channels, including our Instagram account @oakinternational_.

2. Available Scholarships

A total of three 20% scholarships will be awarded, distributed as follows:

• One 20% scholarship for Woodlands Camp (Ireland).

• One 20% scholarship for Kilcroney Castle Camp (Ireland).

• One 20% scholarship for Swiss Camp (Switzerland).

Each scholarship will be valid exclusively for the Summer Camp 2027 selected by the participant at the time of registration.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Each student may register only once and select only one Summer Camp.

If two or more registrations are submitted under the same participant's name, whether for the same camp or different programs, all entries will be disqualified.

To be eligible, students must meet the following age requirements for their selected program:

• Woodlands Camp and Kilcroney Camp: 10 to 14 years old.

• Swiss Camp: 12 to 15 years old.

No exceptions will be made to the established age requirements.

4. Scholarship Validity and Application

The scholarships will be valid exclusively for the following Summer Camps 2027 programs:

• Woodlands Camp and Kilcroney Camp: 4-week program.

• Swiss Camp: 3-week program.

The 20% scholarship will apply exclusively to the tuition and accommodation fees of the selected program.

Scholarships are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or scholarships offered by OAK International.

5. Admission Process and Availability

Winning a scholarship does not imply automatic admission to the program or guarantee a place at the selected Summer Camp.

To redeem the scholarship, the winning student must:

• Successfully complete the corresponding application and admission process.

• Meet all academic, administrative, and age requirements established by the selected camp.

• Receive official admission to the program.

• Complete all required payments within the established deadlines.

Spaces in all Summer Camps are limited and subject to availability at the time of enrollment.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected for each Summer Camp during the raffle held on November 23, 2026.

Winners will be contacted directly via email and/or WhatsApp using the contact information provided during registration.

Before issuing the scholarship certificate, OAK International will verify the participant's attendance at the Torneo de la Amistad 2026 through the event's official attendance records.

Winners will have a maximum of 10 business days, starting from the date of official notification, to confirm their acceptance of the scholarship in writing by sending an email to scholarships@oakinternational.org.

If confirmation is not received within the established period, OAK International may conduct a new raffle among eligible participants registered for the same Summer Camp.

Likewise, if a winner does not meet the established requirements, declines the scholarship, or is unable to use the benefit, the scholarship will be raffled again among eligible participants registered for the same program.

7. Payment Deadline

To redeem the scholarship, the winning student must complete the admission process and make all required payments according to the payment schedule established for the selected program.

The deadline to complete full payment of the Summer Camp fees, after applying the scholarship discount, is January 29, 2027.

Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of the scholarship.

8. Privacy Notice and Personal Data Protection

Personal information provided during registration will be processed by OAK International in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at:

As participants are minors, registration must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian, who must consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

The information collected will be used to manage participation in the raffle, verify eligibility requirements, and contact the winners, in accordance with the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.
